Excellent reception staff, friendly and professional. Lovely room, wonderful decor, great size, super bathroom, comfy bed and all the mod cons one needs. Nice location near the subway, walkable distance to the markets and shopping district.

The rooms at 9 Hotel Hakata were impeccably clean and beautifully designed with a touch of Japanese style. The shoji door and room decor added a unique charm to our stay. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the subway and popular attractions like Canal City and the yatai stores. The staff were friendly and check-in/out was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and great location.

The room was stunning and spacious, with beautiful Japanese style decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, situated between two subway stations and just a short walk to the shopping street. We especially loved being able to access YouTube and Netflix on the TV, which added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay.
The breakfast choices were quite limited, and we ended up eating the same ham and egg sandwich with mayonnaise every day, which wasn't our preferred choice. the pillows and bed were quite hard, which caused discomfort and body aches for us every morning.

The room was spacious and elegantly decorated with wood panels and traditional Japanese windows. The location was great, just a short walk to the main shopping district and close to two subway stations. the staff was always kind and helpful making our stay even better.
Our stay during the new year was marred by one major issue. The hotel was unable to control the temperature in our room.
